I've got new comics in the works. #321 and #322 are both drawn, and will soon be transferred to the new and slick new comic layout. They are part of another small storyline I am writing that deals with the evolution of one of the main characters into something unique and fun.

A new type of comic, "shorts," will be introduced, in the vein of familiar comics on the web, like xkcd and others, when we have an idea but don't want to write filler for an incomplete story. The first one features Target.

Automated forum members

I have noticed lately that we have had some automated "members" joining our forums with a generic word and 3 numbers after their username. They also have an "online poker" link in their signature and as their personal website. There have been three occurrences of this, and I have deleted each and every one of them with much glee. These automated bots spam topics with generic posts such as "I have no idea what is going on? [:unsure:]". &br; &br;If you see a member has joined with a profile and a few posts that fit this criteria, notify me or The Chipmunk at once. Thanks for your time. ^_^

As you all know I am obsessed with Gears of War. I am so obsessed that I bought a VGA cable for my 360 just so I could get the little adapter inside which would allow me to play my 360's sound through my "line in" port. And guess what I did? I ripped a colossal 40MB wav file of Cole's rap from the credits! Conversion Update

Here's an update on my current situation for those who are on the edge of their seats. :) Practically everything we had before the conversion is back up, plus the addition of Steve's <i>Kare Bear War</i> comic book. Right now I am working on linking/integrating the home page and the forum with each other, so that you may use your forum controls freely throughout the site. Neat, huh? Once I am done with that, I'll move on to the big one, which is [b]comic/cartoon uploading exclusively for members.[/b] Eventually, we will have Trusted Members, who will be allowed to upload games and movies to the server. But what about that vacant, desolate section of the site, the Sagas section, for information on comic characters? We had that up at one time, when we were FGOAC (Ahh, good times), and kind of left the idea rot as we normally do to our good ideas. Luckily, being the packrat that I am, I saved the original FGOAC character bios from certain destruction on FreeHostz.com (FreeHostz was [b]hacked[/b] not too long ago :O ). Once I have the biography data as well as the character pictures I painstakingly drew and traced back in 6th grade in our database, I shall begin working my magic. &br; &br;Have a safe and happy Christmas Vacation everyone! ^_^

Well, it's been a bit since our bout with the Turkish Muslim hacker named "p3stil" (again, wtf?!), and we are beginning to move forward again. Of course, one of the most noticeable things about the site now is that the forums no longer work. They are easily fixable from the damage the hackers did to them, but from what I have heard from you guys, these are slow boards. Hey guys! It's been a while since the last news item, due to doing stuff, having fights on the battleground (That's the forums), and playing RuneScape. The Korean War will soon be ready for public view sometime tonight! YES! The blooper reel for the movie will also be added a few days after the movie, containing a collection of things that may be disturbing to some of you. &br; &br;FGComics is now officially accepting content (videos, comics, funny pictures, etc.) to be placed on the site's server and released publically weekly. Of course, that means no naughty stuff or excessively crude humor, with a minimal level of any swearing. If you think you've got something of value to be placed on the site, [email=adamyoung@site.com]email me about it[/email], there's not much I would turn down at this point. &br; &br;We've also got a new, less emo design on the way. I have really got an ADD problem with this, partly because I never finish the one I put up! The new layout will be much simpler than I have been trying to make with this latest one on the site. Expect to see a fixed site target resolution for users with screen size 1024x768 and above, and less cluttering with section names that actually have something to do with the stuff in it. &br; &br;Keep sifting though your Documents folder for funny stuff!

FGComics.com is morphing into a pipe dream for me, my indecision regarding a site design is really starting to get to me.

The actual viewer is ready, all the comics are ready, all that's left to do is construct and implement a design that won't bore me in 2 days... I've been through countless iterations of the original "Killweb2" that I "finished" back in 2008-2009. It was even up on the site for a few months, but the actual content wasn't even there. Now we have the reverse problem.
